The new chief judge in the trial of Saddam and his gang
The 8th session of the judgment of Saddam and his gang about the genocide crimes of Dijel has just started an hour ago.
The new chief judge Mr Raof Rashied Abdulrahman (61 years) opened the session in a much better way than the resigned judge (Mr R M Amien). He has much more concentration and using a much better judgment and interrogations of the witnesses and the accused to clarify the evidence in a more concentrated and better way.
When the session started Barzan and Saddam and their defendants tried as usual to deviate the court from its main aim. When the judge tried to keep the track of the judgment and asked them to calm down they insulted him and the court. The judge used his lawful power to expel the abusive persons including Saddam and his half brother Barzan. After the expulsion of the abusives the court went on smoothly.
The chief judge is very good in running the court and he is a very experienced judge. There is no doubt that he has much more ability than the previous judge and he got much more experience.
Saddam to sue George Bush and Tony Blair
In the next few days the lawyers of Saddam Hussein will submit a lawsuit in the Highest Criminal Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands against GWB and TB on behalf of the former.
SH has entrusted his lawyers to take the proposed legal proceeding for the use of the weapon of mass destruction and the prohibited weapon against Iraq in the war of 2003.
The proceeding will ask about compensations for every Iraqi of 500,000 dollars as damages due to that war and the use of prohibited weapons.
Saddam is trying to hold to anything to save his life like the sunken one holding to any straw he may hold or some one who seek refuge from the swelter with the hellfire!
On the other hand there is good news about a U-turn of the war against terrorism. Over the last few days when the Western tribes and people started fighting the terrorists. It is started in Ramadi after Al-Qaeda attacked and killed their volunteers for the Iraqi police. They formed popular militia to fight and expel the terrorists who escaped to other regions. Soon after that the uprising in Ramadi spread to the nearby areas including Al-Qaem by the Syrian border for the last three days.
The other positive development is that in spite of the delay in the formation of government it seems that most of the political rivals are close to an agreement to form one. This will form a big development and another major blow against the terrorist group.
The developments in Iraq are moving forward against terrorism especially after the latest development mentioned above and seems that the end of these groups is not far. We may see them going back to their bases in Syria and Saudi Arabia so soon.
The London operation to rescue the moving Mosque, Church and Temple
An operation is going on at the moment in London in the river Thames to save the life of a whale that lost its way and went astray from the sea to the river.
The operation started from early morning Saturday and expected to take quiet few hours to reach with the whale into the deep sea water and preferably be closer to another group of whales to take care of him or her.
The operation was not an easy one and there must be a lot of specialist teams joined to save the life of the whale.
We hope that the whale arrive to its destination of safety well.
The whale according to the three main religions; the Judaism, the Christianity and Islam, is the only movable and live place of worship in which the prayer of the human been was heard and answered by God.
It was Prophet Jonah who was swallowed by the whale and stayed according to all the three religions 3 days and three nights inside its belly. He prayed and praised God inside the whale and God heard him and answered him quickly. The whale therefore was the movable Temple, Church and Mosque on the same time. It gave an example that God may answer any one with any hardship so quickly and anywhere even inside the whale!
From inside the fish Jonah prayed to the Lord his God. He said: "In my distress I called to the Lord, and he answered me. From the depths of the grave I called for help, and you listened to my cry. You hurled me into the deep, into the very heart of the seas, and the currents swirled about me; all your waves and breakers swept over me. I said, 'I have been banished from your sight; towards your holy temple. 'The engulfing waters threatened me, the deep surrounded me; seaweed was wrapped around my head. To the roots of the mountains I sank down; the earth beneath barred me in for ever. But you brought my life up from the pit, O Lord my God. "When my life was ebbing away, I remembered you, Lord, and my prayer rose to you, to your holy temple. Those who cling to worthless idols forfeit the grace that could be theirs. But I, with a song of thanksgiving, will sacrifice to you. What I have vowed I will make good. Salvation comes from the Lord. And the Lord commanded the fish, and it vomited Jonah onto dry land. (Jonah 2:1-10)
And, verily, Yunus (Jonah) was one of the Messengers. When he ran to the laden ship: Then he (agreed to) cast lots and he was among the losers. Then a (big) fish swallowed him as he had done an act worthy of blame. Had he not been of them who glorify Allâh, He would have indeed remained inside its belly (the fish) till the Day of Resurrection. But We cast him forth on the naked shore while he was sick. (Holy Quran: 37: 139-145)
Had not a Grace from his Lord reached him, he would indeed have been (left in the stomach of the fish, but We forgave him): so he was cast off on the naked shore, while he was to be blamed. (Holy Quran: 68: 49)
The differences between the act of those who saved the whale (the moving mosque, church and temple) and Bi Laden/Zarqawi/Wahabi groups who destroy the fixed Mosques, Temples and Churches is that God likes the act of the formers and hate that of the later.

Supporting the terrorism is a terrorist act

It is shame on the USA as a superpower for a small TV like Al-Jazeera succeeded to make its government to appear from time to time to announce or produce statements or conferences and even meetings and emergency plans based on recorded tapes.
When Jerry Adam was considered as part of an unacceptable organization by the UK the British government prevented its media to broadcast any thing with his voice or pictures.
It is certainly Usama Bin Laden is a world terrorist and therefore his voice and messages should not be allowed to be broadcasted by any media. It will give psychological support to his fellow terrorists and is be part of the psychological war.
Al-Jazeera TV with no little doubt is a terrorist media. It is now giving itself weight more than what it deserves. This is of course done by pulling the US government from time to time about tapes from UBL and other terrorist groups.
The solution is so easy by giving it what it deserves. Blow it or ban it like when the Hotbird banned the Al-Manar TV of Hizbella. Al-Jazeera needs a serious action not necessarily by bombing it but this can be done by too many other ways. One of these is that this TV is full with people working for Al-Qaeda and an international court for investigation is an easy way. Other is an undercover plan. If not wipe it out by a suicidal camel or dog or donkey or rocket or a mystery shake.
Saddam Trial: The new chief judge
The resignation of the chief judge in the trial of Saddam and his group about Dijel crimes was inevitable.
We think that this resignation could have been happened a while ago. Razgar Amien was unable to control the course of the trial in its best possible way. Saddam and his half brother were able to misdirect the trial into many different paths by using different ways. The leniency and weakness in which RA led the trial helped this misdirection.
Time after time the indictors succeeded to make themselves as the victims by allowing them to convert the trial from its main subject (Dijel) into complains about their living circumstances and the bad treatment they received by the Americans. During these times the Judge acted like human right activist while he was interfering if there is any minor deviation by the complainants.
Many times the trial became a stage for Saddam to deliver political and or coded speeches.
RA (the main Judge) looked tired, poorly concentrating, inattentive at times and not able to stop Saddam and his group from insulting the complainants or the attendances.
The new chief Judge (Saaid Al-Hammashi) was the deputy judge who appeared to the right of RA. He is experienced judge and had training in the UK and Italy.
We hope he will lead a just and right trial next Monday. No doubt Razgar Amien will watch the trial from his home in Solyimania.
Al-Qaeda's Somber in Iraq
It is very clear that delay in exterminating Al-Qaeda in Iraq represent serious and deadly mistake not for the region alone but the whole world.
Although there are reports in Iraq and outside sources about divisions occurring between Qaeda terrorists and other armed (Pro-Qaeda) groups but taking this fully is misleading. Al-Qaeda itself may be behind it at least partly.
It is true that there are distress about Al-Qaeda terrorists from some of the tribal leaders and most of the local residents in the areas where they exist.
One of the main strategies used by Al-Qaeda to stay in Iraq is money. Most of those who have been captured were influenced by two factors; money first and (Wahabi doctrine of Jihad second). They are mainly mercenary killers or terrorist in one word. Both the money and the doctrine come from Saudi Arabia with large Saudi public support. This support is not secret but the Saudis are openly calling for Jihad and there are many Saudi clergies issued Fatwas about it in Iraq. The official Saudi face pretends to be anti-terrorists while the real and wider face is indeed supporting the terrorism by money, Jihadist (terrorists), and information with media.
Al-Qaeda is preparing for wide-spread activities outside Iraq including Lebanon, Israel, Turkey and other Arab states and Europe. It has an octopus plan which was successful to reach Israel, Jordan and Egypt. Syria is playing a major role in providing a logistic and recruiting links. It believes that playing the card of the Qaeda may save her regime. In addition to the Saudi and Syrian support there are other groups and states which though not sharing same doctrine with Qaeda but sharing with it to create an on-going security vacuum in Iraq. Thirteen members of Al-Qaeda have been captured today in Lebanon. They are Syrians, Saudis, and Jordanians and from other Arab states.
The reports; that some fighters (Jihadists or resistance) disagreed with Al-Qaeda in Iraq is not as true. They may disagree with them partially because of the conflict in the interests but the strength Al-Qaeda achieving is overweighing this disagreement. In one week Al-Qaeda succeeded to shot down two US helicopters and kills all of their crews. The local people don't like it but they use intimidation and money to control. The long-lasting economic sanction plus the remarkable unemployment in Iraq played major part making some to work in different ways for Qaeda for money. Therefore one of the main issues to be tackled is factors which may lead to disengagement of people from Qaeda.
Indeed to destroy Qaeda the best way is to break it from inside by implanting people inside its network from among them. On the other hand it is good to work to divide Qaeda and make them to kill each other. One of the most important factors is to strangulate their money supply. The money comes from Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries like Qatari/Kuwaiti groups. The world need to pressurize Saudi officials to give wide freedom for all citizens to criticize the Mullahs and to remove suppression from its Shiites community so that they play the balance against the Wahabi dominated absolute control. The Saudi government should prevent any Fatawa supporting terrorism. Indeed they should produce Fatawas to consider Qaeda as (Infidels) who should be captured repent or killed. Producing such Fatawas by these Clergies is so vital to disengage people from Qaeda in Iraq and other places.
Locally and one of the most important issue is to give the security control over the areas in Iraq to the Iraqi forces with support by the Multinational forces (MNF). The local Iraqi forces should have an absolute power to kill and arrest those who are not surrendering to them or to the MNF. The difference between MNF and Iraqi forces is that the later knows how to differentiate between the different groups and the non-Iraqi (Jihadistts). The control over the cities around Baghdad and the Western region divided between different groups and there are foreign terrorists from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Algeria, Syria, Somalia, Jordan, Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Tunisia, Palestinians, Europe, and USA.
The Iraqi Sunnis should be persuaded to join the war against Qaeda. On the other hand Arab dictators like Syria and Saudi Arabia should understand that they will pay heavy price if they push the Sunnis to support the insurgence by exploitation of the sectarian issues. They should cut any internal interference in Iraq and leave the Iraqis to decide for themselves.
The region is entering very dangerous stage which will produce a bath of blood and we may see sever economic and oil difficulties in the near future.
The card of Al-Qaeda in Iraq is not some thing negotiable however many tired to play it for their own agenda. Those who are paying the price are paying it heavily by their lives and blood.
The Iraqis will never surrender to the terrorists even though the terrorists succeeded to establish some bases here and there near the borders.

Another bloody day in Iraq
More than 120 Iraqis were killed today and more wounded in several suicidal attacks.
One of the bloodiest attack was in Kerbala in front of the holy shrine of Imam Hussein where several children and women torn apart into pieces. The attacker used explosive belt enforced with small metal bullets.
The other attack was in Ramadi against applicants for police force.
Other three attacks were in Baghdad and one in Najaf. In one attack at least 5 American soldiers were killed.
On the other hand five more bodies were found in the water purification plant in the Rostamiyah area. Two days ago 4 bodies were discovered in the same plant. All bodies were with tied hands on the back and bullets on the heads.
In Falluja masked thugs attacked Al-Eman secondary school and took two children. Latter on their bodies discovered outside the city. The other children tried to prevent this happening but the armed thugs forced them and told the children that they are working for the Americans.
Escalation of terrorist attacks in Iraq
Today was one of the bloodiest days in Iraq for weeks and the worst since 2006 started.
A suicidal Wahabi terrorist killed more than 45 and wounded at least 50 Iraqis who were in a Shiite funeral in Diyala today. Before the thug killed himself inside the crowds who were escorting the deceased to his final resting place, the terrorists attacked them with mortars just prior to the suicidal attack.
Car bombs went off in Baghdad, Kerbala and Moqdadyiah in Diyala. Several innocent Iraqis have been killed. One of these cars went off in a public open market in Dora (Shiite area) where tens of people killed and wounded.
On another attack the terrorists (The Islamic army - Pro-Wahabi group) opened fire and mortars on 60 oil tankers just to the North of Baghdad. At least 25 of the tankers set in fire. The tankers were in their way to Baghdad as part of a plan to reduce the pressure of the shortage of oil products due to the threats and stoppage of the Baiji oil refinery. The terrorists then engaged in a battle with the Iraqi forces for more than an hour.
The Sunni parties told before that they gave calmness period during the voting process. After the voting they tried to disable the results in which they failed to gain considerable votes. With their failure to block the political process and the approach of the final results on Monday they started their plots. There is information about large escalation and military disobedience on the time of the announcement of the final results.
The terrorist operation increased over the last few days against people, installations, and services especially water and electricity. The number of the discovered unknown bodies increased significantly over the last few days in many areas in Iraq.
The Interior ministry as well as the Ministry of defense should arrest not only the suspected terrorists but also those who rally in any way for terrorism including the Sunni or the Shiite leaders who propagate and call against the political process and ban their parties.
In spite of all this, Iraq will move forward towards freedom and democracy and no return back to the one party dictatorship totalitarian role. There will be no civil war but a war against terrorism and terrorist pro-wahabi supporters.
