Bism Allah Alrahman Alrahem

Happy 2006!

It is 2006 since the birth of Christ however more than 2560 according to the Persian calendar, more than 2600 according to the Sumerian calendar, and similar or more according to some other ancient calendars.

Millions of years according to the age of the earth and God know for how-long based on the age of the universe.

Years represent a new start or plans for us however the concept of time and its continuity is one process that we tend to divide or separate to achieve certain goals or record a new term. It could be anything like a study or a business or any other term.

For Iraq we wish the 2006 will be a new term for reconstruction, peace, prosperity and stability for its own and the region.

We wish the 2006 is a year of prosperity to all mankind for less war, less poverty, more peaceful and prosperous to every one.

These are just wishes however the predictions based on the ongoing events seem to be different. Like any other year the 2006 will carry good news and bad news. For the Middle East there may be more democratic changes and the downfall of some of the dictator regimes. Relationship may open between Iraq and Israel. A deal may be reached between the USA and Iran for solving the issues towards normalizing the relations.

In Iraq the process of rebuilding will attract many foreign companies to invest and build in various sectors especially the oil. Al-Qaeda will face a major defeated in Iraq making it to shift its operation to some other places. Its leaders including Zarqawi will be either killed or captured.

By calculation of numbers the year 2006 is a good number which means 12 or 8 or 4 or 3 or even the year of Dog by the Chinese calendar!

We wish you all HAPPY 2006.

Shiite Family of 11 beheaded

Pro-wahabi terrorists slaughtered Shiite family in the south of Baghdad. The family consist 11 members lived for many years in a Sunni dominated area. They received threats to leave the area over the last few weeks however they got no where to go and leaving their property and business. Six Sunni pro-wahabi terrorists attacked the family and slaughtered all of them by beheading all the 11 members.

By this time when Iraq needed a quick and stable government based on the result of the last election the Sunni groups and some of the pro-Bathists like Iyad Allawi trying to hinder the democratic process and impose their agenda and parties irrespective of the election results. The UN representatives and the Higher Electoral commission declared that there are no major breaches about the election however they stated that minor violation did happen which will not affect the results and its results will not be taken in account.

Allawi and the Sunni parties got their share and their size by a transparent and democratic election and they should respect this. Allawi whose coalition parties got only 25 seats is far from being able to be included in any government and he should respect his size and not to exceed the weight of such size. The same thing applies to the other groups which oppose the results of election. There are differences between opposing the results and between accusing the whole election. Every election may have some mistakes but failure in achieving expected results should not be seen as failure of the election process.

Glad Tiding to Mary

(Remember) when the angels said: "O Maryam! Verily, Allah gives you the glad tidings of a Word ("Be!" - and he was! i.e. Isa the son of Maryam) from Him, his name will be the Messiah Isa, the son of Maryam, held in honour in this world and in the Hereafter, and will be one of those who are near to Allah." (3:45 The Holy Quran)

And in their footsteps, We sent Isa, son of Maryam, confirming the Taurat (Torah) that had come before him, and We gave him the Injeel (Gospel), in which was guidance and light and confirmation of the Taurat (Torah) that had come before it, a guidance and an admonition for Al-Muttaqun (the pious) (5:46 The Holy Quran)

Then, We sent after them Our Messengers, and We sent Isa - son of Maryam, and gave him the Injeel (Gospel). And We ordained in the hearts of those who followed him compassion and mercy. (57:27 The Holy Quran)

And mention in the Book (the Quran, O Muhammad the story of) Maryam, when she withdrew in seclusion from her family to a place facing east. She placed a screen (to screen herself) from them; then We sent to her Our Ruh (angel Jibril (Gabriel)), and he appeared before her in the form of a man in all respects. She said: "Verily! I seek refuge with the Most Gracious (Allah) from you, if you do fear Allah." (The angel) said: "I am only a messenger from your Lord, (to announce) to you the gift of a righteous son." She said: "How can I have a son, when no man has touched me, nor am I unchaste?" He said: "So (it will be), your Lord said: 'That is easy for Me (Allah): And (We wish) to appoint him as a sign to mankind and a mercy from Us (Allah), and it is a matter (already) decreed, (by Allah). So she conceived him, and she withdrew with him to a far place (Bethlehem valley). And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a date-palm. She said: "Would that I had died before this, and had been forgotten and out of sight!" Then (the angle) cried unto her from below her, saying: "Grieve not: your Lord has provided a water stream under you. "And shake the trunk of date-palm towards you, it will let fall fresh ripe-dates upon you." "So eat and drink and be glad. And if you see any human being, say: 'Verily! I have vowed a fast unto the Most Gracious (Allah) so I shall not speak to any human being this day." Then she brought him (the baby) to her people, carrying him. They said: "O Maryam! Indeed you have brought a thing Fariyy (a mighty thing). "O sister (i.e. the like) of Harun! Your father was not a man who used to commit adultery, nor your mother was an unchaste woman." Then she pointed to him. They said: "How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle? "He (Isa) said: "Verily I am a slave of Allah, He has given me the Scripture and made me a Prophet. "And He has made me blessed wheresoever I be, and has enjoined on me Salat (prayer), and Zakat , (charity) as long as I live." "And dutiful to my mother, and made me not arrogant, unblest. Such is Isa, son of Maryam. (It is) a statement of truth, about which they doubt (or dispute). It befits not (the Majesty of) Allah that He should beget a son. Glorified (and Exalted) be He (above all that they associate with Him). When He decrees a thing, He only says to it: "Be!" - and it is. (Isa said): "And verily Allah is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him (Alone). That is the Straight Path. (19 Mary chapter:16-36 The Holy Quran)

HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND 2006

What happened in Al-Dijel?

The complainants and witnesses about the genocide of Saddam and his regime against Al-Dijel people revealed the following crimes:

1. Indiscriminate killings by using massive military and security powers including helicopters against innocent civilians by top officials who were controlling the power.
2. Mass arrests against hundreds of families.
3. Detention of these families in concentration camps under reckless tyrannized oppression
4. Among the arrested are children under 14 years old
5. None of the arrested people were submitted to court and most of them know nothing about why they have been detained or their relatives killed
6. Banishing these families including newborn babies and children into the heart of desert under sever merciless conditions
7. Leveling to the ground the houses and farms of these families
8. Death of many detainees under tortures
9. Using different ways of torture and psychological abuses during the detention
10. After 4 years of most sever condition and humiliation the detainees freed but many were executed before and latter
11. They have not been submitted into a court and after their release they have been treated severely badly under strict scrutiny and on and off calls and threat by the security until the fall of the regime 2003.
12. Some of the pregnant women gave birth in the detention camps. The babies died later due to lack of any care and the physico-psychological torture that their mothers exposed to. Died babies undignifiedly rapped with newspapers and taken from their mothers.

The crimes are much more than that. It was a tragedy which spread fears and terrors in the heart of all Iraqis at that time. One of the witnesses whose 7 brothers were executed at the same time described the day of taking them into the desert that he will never forget its terror even for hundred years to come. The scars will never heal and the beloved ones who were executed and killed will never come back. The women who were raped will never heal especially that they may cancel it inside themselves. Mothers who lost their babies will never forget their last cries from hunger or pain helplessly.

Saddam, his half bother and the others tried several times to pull the tribunal into sideways or convert it into a political stage. He described George Bush as the number one liar in the world. They tried to convert the court to look as if they are the victims and not the accused by complaining about their treatment and suffering. However they directly confessed about the crimes by throwing it on the less ranking officers or on the other parts of the security system.

The Six session in the trial of the criminals

The six session of the trial which is just a drop in the oceans of the genocides against humanity by Saddam regime is just started.

The released are required for the Iraqi justice

The USA forces in Iraq released 9 members of the previous regime and facilitated their departure from Iraq.

These members are required by the Iraqi highest court for their involvement in war crimes and other crimes.

The Iraqi government knows nothing about the release neither the high court which declared that it will follow them wherever they go to bring them to justice.

The US authorities and forces haven’t informed the Iraqi government about it.

This is a very dangerous step indicating clearly that the Iraqi government holds none of its will at all. Such thing will raise a lot of doubts and leads to loss of confidence in these authorities and forces as well as in the Iraqi government.

Prisoners released after a US man executed

The US forces released today 9 members of the previous regime who were arrested earlier after the fall of the regime 2003. Among them are some of the 55 most wanted members including Dr Anthrax (Rihab Taha) and Dr Germ (Huda Saleh Amash).

The release is another indication of the weakness of the Iraqi government that is ripped out of its will (abulia).

It also indicates a victory for the militias which called for the release of the women. Indeed these militias executed an abducted American 2 days ago.

Successful Historic Election in Iraq

Let us first confirm one important fact whether the others accept it or not which is that any success in the political process towards free, democratic and prosperous Iraq is a direct success for the Coalition Forces led by the USA. However the main players which make the elections to succeed are the Iraqis who voted by no for terrorism.

The election was very successful with more than 11 millions Iraqis voted out of 15 millions reported eligible for vote. It was the biggest election in the history of Iraq and the Middle East. It was fully free and went well without major problems in-spite of the current situation. We started with the relationship of the success in Iraq and the USA and this is why the current situation in Iraq where are terrorist groups acting actively to hinder this process. If they (supported by many regional countries like Syria and the Wahabi groups) succeed to do so it will be a failure for the USA and its allies and this for which they act. However this is proved wrong and will not happen after this election. Those who proved such thing are the Iraqi people who voted for the success in the political process by 11 millions voted no for the terrorists. So it is the Iraqis who are opposing the terrorists and not the USA troops alone.

From this election therefore on the top of the results is 11 millions voted yes for the civilized way of life. This will be soon starting to be seen as a model for democratic processes for the whole Middle East. It is already started to be seen as such. It has been proved that the one dogma controlling the people and imposing its way of thoughts on the Arab world is wrong. Arabs are not Wahabists or Sulafists but diverse in their ideologies and believes and no one has the right to make all of them follow his own way. Balance is the way needed to avoid any hate-based principles. Other countries in the Arab world including Saudi Arabia should respect their citizens and allow them to practice their rights and school of thoughts as they like.

Lastly the preliminary results of the present election are as follows:

The Iraqi Coalition (Hakem/Jafari) achieved 58-85% in 9 Southern provinces, in Baghdad and in Diyala.

The Kurdish Alliances achieved 65-80% in the 3 Northern provinces. Kurdish voters moved away from the Alliance to some other small parties which had more voices this time.

The National Iraqi List (Allawi) achieved the second to third place in some regions especially in some regions of Baghdad.

The major changes this time is in the Sunni parties by gaining a lot of voices in at least 4 provinces including Mosel and Kurkuk. They are the second in Diyala and in Basrah and some parts of Baghdad. The Sunni parties are now making one alliance and they will achieve much more seats than last time in the new Assembly. They may get something around 40 seats or even more.

One of the most noticeable things is that some of the Sunni leaders like Mithal Al-Alowsi party (the Party of Iraqi Nation) achieved quite considerable amount of voices in the Shiite regions. It was reported that it achieved the third place in Karbala where there are 100% Shiite population and many Shiite parties. This is a good indication that many Iraqis are not looking for the faith of the person but for his program. This is the issue for many like Al-Alowsi, Sadoon Al-Doliami, Sheikh Mahmood Al-Eisawi and many other Sunni Iraqis who are against terrorism.

We hope that the Electoral Department will announce the results sooner rather than latter.

God bless Iraq and its friends.

Historical Day in Iraq and the Region

Now it is the first hours of the 15 Dec 2005.

In few hours time Iraq will be the Model in Democracy and freedom for the Middle East and the Arab region.

Iraq will lead the changes.

Finally the totalitarian and the one dogma dominated region will end.

God make people free and no one should impose his thoughts to control the others.

Governments are not representing God on earth and should not be absolute power for life.

Iraq today will challenge the terrorism and will vote freely for a government which will stay for 4 years only.

The Iraqis today will show the world that they will vote for the Freedom, Democracy and Civilization. They will vote to say No for the terrorists.

The Iraqis already voted since yesterday to say Yes for Peace and regional and international stability and prosperity to all the nations and people with no exception but the terrorists.

God bless Iraq and its allies and friends.

The first decisive democratic election in Iraq

It is only 2 days to go for the first election which will bring a 4 years term government to power.

The parties intensified their campaigns during the last few days which were not without accusation against each other.

We believe that there is not going to be a one party or list winning the majority of voices. The main parties will be close to each other however the present order will be maintained, that the Iraqi Coalition (Al-Hakiem) List will be on the top of the list. Alawi may not achieve the same voices like the previous election due to the number of scandals especially the disappearance of 1.3 billion dollars during his government. His Minister of defense accused of stealing the money that is in London now. Neither of these two groups got a clear program for the security, services, oil, economy, education, health and other matters.

The Kurdish parties will achieve more or less the same voices as in the previous election and will play similar role in the formation of the government. However there are some small parties that will have a say in the post-election government.

There were some pre-election sample assessments all of which indicated that the Iraqi Coalition will get between 58-75% of the votes in the southern nine provinces and about 55% in Baghdad while the rest of the provinces will vote for different local parties apart from the 3 Kurdish provinces which will vote for Kurdish Alliance with majority.

Considering the provinces as individual we predict that it will be as follows taking in consideration the main parties which will achieve more than 50% of votes as follows:

Basrah----------- Iraqi coalition with minority
Omara -----------Iraqi coalition with majority
Nasriyah ---------Iraqi coalition moderately
Samawa ----------Iraqi coalition moderately
Diwaniyah --------Iraqi coalition with minority
Najaf -------------Iraqi coalition with majority
Kerbala ----------Iraqi coalition with majority
Hila --------------Iraqi coalition with minority
Kut --------------Iraqi coalition moderately
Baghdad ---------Iraqi coalition with minority
Diyala -----------Iraqi National coalition (Alawi) with minority
Tikret -----------Local parties with majority
Ramadi ----------Iraqi Islamic party with minority
Kurkuk ----------No big winner
Mosel ------------No big winner but possible Iraqi National Coalition
Irbil -------------Kurdish coalition
Solimaniyah -----Kurdish coalition
Dohok -----------Kurdish coalition

Most important is for the election to occur and the votes respected with a civilized way.

Congratulations Iraqi Soccer top team in West Asia!

Iraq 2 Syria 0

Congratulation to the Iraqi football team and all Iraqis!

Iraq got the golden medal as the top team in the West Asia competition.

Ramsy Clark and Naiami

The Iraqi authorities should arrest and submit these two for committing crimes against the victims of Saddam regime.

We knew that they entered without visa and considered the trial as illegal. The Iraqi justice system should issue a statement of arrest against these two or prevent them from entering Iraq. We know the amount of money given to them before and after the fall of the dictator.

In one of these picture ppeared Ramsy Clark with Tariq Aziz who was Saddam deputy during the oil for food scandal time.

RC must be part of these crimes

The money before and after the oil for food scndal

RC and Saddam similar gesture

Ramzi Clark and Al-Naiami are Criminals against the Iraqis

The Iraqi Judges as groups, committees or individuals has to issue a bill of indictment about the two criminals against the Iraqi people (Ramzi Clark and Al-Naiami).

Ramzi Clarck supported and helped the Iraqi dictator directly and indirectly to kill and perpetrate his crimes. RC therefore is a joint criminal with Saddam and according to the Iraqi law and justice, it is right to issue an arrest against this criminal. The least thing is that this (criminal) should not be allowed to enter Iraq.

If the Iraqi justice is unable to stop this criminal or issue an arrest bill against him, then the Iraqi people should do such thing. The Iraqi people should stop this criminal from his crimes and they should find him and bring him for their justice he and his friend the Qatari (Naiami).

Ramzi Clark and Naiami are required for the Iraqi people justice and they know how to do so, where and when?

How the garbage gets bigger?

It is so easy! Give it more rubbish to make it bigger. However the bigger it becomes the more you need to eradicate it and the dangerous its unwanted effects reaches.

The same things apply on the terrorist. The more you recognize them or negotiate with their representatives the worst they become.

There is only one language the criminals know. It is force. They know nothing else. They know no respect and the wilds are unable to communicate without using their cat's-paws and the fingers of death.

In Iraq these fingers are creating death every day because they have not been amputated neither their supporters.

Kidnapping is back while deaths continued.

The reason is because the terrorists are free inside the western cities supported by the Syrians. The other reason is because there is no capital punishment against the captured. Most important is those who are supporting them like Al-Dhari are free to do so in secret and in public. Another important reason is the weakness of the military plans. It should not wait for the terrorists to control a city like Ramadi without strong punishment. This punishment should be strong and quick avoiding civilian casualties. It is so easy to close the city in and out roads and surround it by heavy artillery. A warning then will be given for all women and children to leave and the rest have to surrender for investigation or will be killed. Those who are innocent will surrender and the killers will not. The rest is to kill all the terrorists and not to allow them to escape from one area to another.

The media which support the killers like Al-Jazeera TV should be closed or the Qatari ruler will pay the price. Close one TV and the rest will learn the lesson.

The Syrian regime support for terrorism and its involvement in the assassinations and killings are very good a reasons to eliminate that regime.

Over all it is the Wahabism which is the origin of the trouble and hate. It is the doctrine which fed the Belgium woman who used to work as a waiter in a pub before embracing that doctrine which led her to do a suicidal operation inside Iraq and it is the same one which is inside the brain of many Dutch women who said that they are ready to do the same and asked to be under the leadership of UBL.
